By using this software or associated media you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party of the following agreement:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use this software and associated media.

Under no circumstances shall the author of this software be held responsible for any kind of damages arising out of the delivery, installation or performance or use of this software, including consequential damages, direct damages, indirect damages, or incidental damages.

No guarantees are made about future performance of this software. The author takes no responsibility for any lack of performance from this software, errors in this software or anything else related to this software.

This software will permanently store information relating to the date of installation on this computer.

This software may connect to the Internet and send or receive information in order to verify license details.

Licenses for this software are per computer. A single license cannot be used on more than one computer. An individual license must be purchased for each computer on which this software is to be used.

A licensed version of this software may be transferred from one computer to another computer provided that all parts of the software have been removed from the computer on which it was previously installed.

This software may not be disassembled or reverse-engineered in any way.
